Brian Bauer is the President and CEO of PHENIX Investigations, Inc., which he founded in 1996.

Janet Henson leads complex investigations and surveillance assignments across the United States.
In addition to providing leadership of in-house investigators, Janet manages PHENIX's nationwide alliance of specialized investigators.
Andrew Simpson most often is the first point of contact for an investigation and conducts the initial phase of discovery, evaluating key elements and developing the appropriate strategy needed to ensure every new investigation has a path to success.
In this consultative role, Andrew works closely with attorneys, business executives, and people in all walks of life who require help finding facts and information to support their cases.
