What States does Phenix work in?
Phenix actively provides investigations and surveillance in most U.S. states.  Geographic distance is not an obstacle for us.  We also provide some services internationally.

How much does a typical investigation cost?
Our fees are based on time and results.  We strive to create a workable budget for each client.  Every situation can be unique, so we let you determine the costs with regular status updates.

Do you offer a guarantee?
Yes.  We offer the only guarantee in the industry.  If you are not completely satisfied, we will rework your case free of charge. 

Should we just rely on the police for investigating?
Law enforcement agencies have a duty to the people and therefore they focus on domestic issues.  They rarely have the time, resources, or training to adequately manage even a small corporate investigation.  Also keep in mind that law enforcement investigations will become public record and that may be damaging to your reputation.  Phenix can work with your law enforcement agency if matters such as criminal charges are required.
